Description

We are looking for a front-end or full-stack developer to join our distributed development team and help us provide great experience to patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• desire and ability to work remotely -- we meet once every other month in person, but all other discussions happen on Slack, clear communication is a must
• manage your own environment -- we provide you a Vagrant-based development environment but some basic familiarity with setting up and maintaining your own system is useful
• ability to understand others' code -- no deep Java experience is required, but you should be able to alter existing code and sometimes contribute to the Java-based UI testing framework
• knowledge of CSS pre-processors such as Sass/Scss and/or Less.
• Javascript and/or Typescript -- we are using Angular 5 but don't be too attached to specific frameworks
• strong focus on correctness and quality
• experience with REST APIs
• Docker knowledge
• living in the EEA

Bonus points for experience with

• Maven
• JSP
• RDBMSs
• internationalization issues
• Selenium-based testing
• migrating existing code
